We’re looking to add to our team of outdoor educators, administrators, and coordinators! We are a growing team who strongly believe in the power of collaboration and thriving both as a team and individually as we strive to always advance our abilities. Our program is unique in that we are 100% outdoors. We as outdoor educators and administrators are immersed in the rugged learning environment with our students. It is necessary for applicants to have a passion for the outdoors, where exposure to its elements and many mediums for learning can be harnessed and appreciated. Other necessary skills include flexibility, creativity, strong communication, working well on a team, and a willingness to accept challenges and growth head on.
